Product Review – The 3Doodler

September 23, by Shellie Wilson. Leave a Comment

When we were asked to review this 3Doodler I must admit I was a little hesitant as to how it would actually work. Now I must openly state that this pen is NOT designed for children and says for Adult use only, But as the Craftgossip.com children have grown up around crafty devices we gave it a go. I obviously tested it first. I can say one thing, It’s so much safer than a glue gun even though it’s the exact same principal.  There really was no need for practice with this device, within 15 minutes we had written our names and figured out how to make 3D cubes.  We are still in the process of making the Eiffel Tower but it’s all set to look amazing.

I would recommend getting the book if you are not feeling inspired and need suggestions on what to make. I am sure lot’s of creative teens who love building will appreciate this pen.

The only thing that did bother us, was needing to change color mid way through a color rod. We overcome this by working on smaller projects with left over colors in between our bigger projects.

Here is Arabella’s Personal Review —

“Wow! I totally loved this 3Doodler pen. What a surprise when I unwrapped such an awesome, futuristic pen for my birthday! (I think my brother was a little bit jealous!) The 3Doodler lets you create what ever’s on your mind – from your pet to a place you’ve visited, the Eiffel tower to a pirate ship.

Plus, there’s also accessories that make your experience even better! You can buy them here. The accessories aren’t needed, but go ahead and use them for a huge stepping stone!”
